IMPORTANT  !  Rifles   may   be   imported   into   Germany   without   further   permission   if   the   owner possesses    an    European    Firearms    Passport    (EFP)     in    which    his    weapon(s) is/are   registered   (if   in   you   have   in   your   country   a   Firearms   Cerificate,   FAC,   you   have   it   also   to   carry   with   you,   also   when   you   made   a   bundled   application as   indicated   later).   All   other   foreign   shooters   need   essentially   a   firearm import   permission    which   is   issued   by   the   local   firearms   regulatory   authority. The   fee   is   €   40,-   including   mailing   costs.   One   applicant   can   import   up   to   6 rifles per permission. Therefore,   it   is   wise   when   an   RGB   bundles   its   applications   so   save   money.   The applications   will   only   be   issued   after   the   Worlds   entrance   fee   plus   €   40 .-   is paid   by   bank   transfer.   In   all   cases   you   need   an   official   invitation   of   BDS   which you can download on the Confirmation Side. The   deadline   for   rifle   import   applications   and   payment   is   May   01st   , 2017. NOTE:   Silencers,   even   for   air   rifles   with   a   muzzle   energy   of   more   than   7.5   J   are in   practice   prohibited   in   Germany   except   citizens   who   have   a   very   hard   to obtain    permission    which    will    be    never    edited    for    you.    So,    remove    your silencers   before   travelling   to   Germany.   We   are   obliged   to   inform   you   about that    because    otherwise    you    may    have    severe    difficulties    including    legal consequences.
